Overview
Ribbit Raider Chat (“Platform”) is an informational and social tipping interface operated by Lewisbong (“Operator”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service. Do not use the Platform if you disagree with any provision.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to use digital assets in your jurisdiction, and not a resident of any sanctioned location. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any private keys you import. The Operator never sees or stores your private keys.
Wallet & Keys
The Platform provides a client-side wallet interface only. Not your keys, not your crypto. If you lose your private key, seed phrase, or device, the Operator cannot recover your funds. You are solely responsible for securely backing up and protecting recovery information.
Tipping & Transactions
All transactions are initiated and signed locally in your browser. Once broadcast, transfers are irreversible. Verify recipient information, amounts, and network fees before authorizing any transaction. You accept all blockchain costs, including failed broadcasts, congestion delays, or third-party relay outages.
Content & Conduct
Community chat must remain lawful and respectful. No financial advice, market manipulation, spam, abuse, infringement, or malicious code. The Operator may remove content or suspend access at any time for any reason.
No Custody & No Warranties
The Operator does not custody user assets, guarantee transaction settlement, or act as a broker, exchange, money transmitter, advisor, or fiduciary. The Platform is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
Risk Warning
- Digital assets are volatile and speculative; you may lose some or all of your holdings.
- Smart contracts, wallets, relays, or third-party APIs may fail or be exploited.
- Keep devices, browsers, and extensions up to date. Beware of phishing or fake support staff.
- Never share seed phrases, private keys, or unencrypted wallet exports with anyone.
- Only interact with smart contracts or services you trust.
Compliance & Taxes
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, tax reporting, and regulatory obligations in your jurisdiction.
Changes & Termination
The Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and contributors are not liable for lost profits, lost data, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform use. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Operator’s principal jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in that venue’s courts or through binding arbitration if specified. For legal or compliance inquiries contact support@ribbitraider.com.
